Job Opportunity: Inside Sales (Parts Department)

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial equipment, specializing in vacuum, sweepers, utility equipment, and more. They are seeking an individual with a strong sales drive to join their team in the role of Inside Sales for their Parts Department. The individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operations of the parts division.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with parts inquiries and orders.
• Process parts orders via phone, in person, and email.
• Pull parts for customer pickup or walk-in orders.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of parts and inventory.
• Work with internal sales goals and team-based performance metrics.
• Maintain product knowledge for a wide range of large machinery and equipment.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Support customers with walk-in orders and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts sales or service counter roles preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment or industrial parts is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
