Inside Sales

We are looking to bring on an entry or mid-level sales person who is interested in working with cutting edge technology in the digital printing space! Arrow Systems, Inc. manufactures and distributes a range of cutting edge digital printing equipment, including water-based pigment inkjet and laser die cutters.

Responsibilities:

• Work with incoming leads to develop a relationship and help drive them towards Arrow products


• Finding new opportunities and markets for our technology


• Explain products and technologies to customers and guide them through the sales process


• Work with manufacturing partners around the world to develop solutions for customers


• Enter and process customer orders, working with suppliers to ensure the right equipment is delivered


• Work with engineering to investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to build rapport with customers


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong negotiation skills
