About the Role:

Join the Mueller Lumber Company team as an Inside Sales representative, where your passion for customer service and sales will shine. In this dynamic role, you will connect with clients, provide expert product knowledge, and drive sales growth in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in person, via phone and email to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Process sales orders and manage customer accounts efficiently and accurately.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships.

Assist in inventory management and product recommendations.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the lumber or building materials industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company.
