Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Freight Inside Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in produce transportation, passionate about helping shippers move fresh freight efficiently. This is a high-impact role focused on business development, client retention, and providing refrigerated freight solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new businesses within the produce and perishable freight sector
• Manage and grow a book of business focused on temperature-controlled domestic shipments
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure on-time and seamless execution of freight services
• Deliver consultative solutions tailored to each customer's unique supply chain and logistical needs
• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity to stay ahead of the curve
• Consistently hit or exceed revenue and margin targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in freight sales, ideally with a focus on produce or refrigerated freight
• Existing industry relationships or a book of business is a major plus
