Inside Sales Representative
Polycor is seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to support our Granite Division. These positions will report to the Inside Sales Manager and be based out of one of our Southern Indiana offices. The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support to the sales organization and contributes to the efficient execution of sales activities within assigned territories. This role combines lead qualification, CRM management, and administrative coordination to ensure accurate information flow and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review bid documents and market information to identify, qualify, and route new sales opportunities
Enter, update, and monitor opportunities in the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and timely follow-up
Maintain account and contact information within the CRM to support consistent communication and territory management
Prepare and coordinate documentation related to quotations, proposals, and contracts
Support daily sales operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications associated with the sales cycle
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to align on priorities and deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements
Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field (asset)
2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
