Job Description - Inside Sales

Position Summary:

This position primary mission is the prospecting and development of accounts to drive revenue within the sales department.

Primary Accountabilities:

Handle assigned geographic territory and customer satisfaction is maintained through an inside presence.

Assist Account Manager’s in Strategic management by maintaining and updating the current database, increasing and developing current and future accounts that have the potential to purchase Sencore products

Responsible for meeting your designated portion of the Inside sales teams assigned quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.

Responsible for working as team to achieve revenue goals on extended support and warranty sales.

Responsible for knowing all the main features/functions on Sencore products and accessories

Responsible for satisfactorily handling any special projects or reports that Management assigns.

May be asked to travel as the need arises.

Education/Experience:

Five to seven years of sales experience required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience preferred. Knowledge of the Broadcast video industry preferred.

Skills:

Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Knowledge of the sales process

Exercise excellent business judgment and strategic sales capacity

Self-disciplined and the ability to quickly integrate into fast-paced, engineering-based sales structure

The position is located on-site in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
