Inside Sales / Account Manager Position

Our client is a renowned provider of Electrical Supply. This position involves providing excellent service to both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and managing customer orders, maintaining customer relationships, meeting monthly sales goals, collaborating with other departments, and staying up-to-date on new products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to new and existing customers (phone, email,, and in person)
• Accurately write and manage customer orders, following sales policies
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Proactively meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with outside sales and other departments to serve customer needs
• Offer ideas to improve processes and service
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and materials in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on new products and services

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Computers and Microsoft Products
• Two years of experience in the electrical industry or similar field
