Key Responsibilities
- Make 85–100 outbound calls daily to engage prospects and existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat and new business
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Provide quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
- Re-engage inactive accounts and recover lost business
- Partner with distributors and clients to expand sales pipeline
- Track activity and manage accounts using CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission
