Position: Local Service Advisor, Shack Shine

Location: Lenexa, KS (In-office role)

Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 (Total Compensation)

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information, answer questions and address concerns.
• Confirm job details with customers, including scheduling, pricing, and any specific requirements.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless handover of bookings and provide necessary information for successful job completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and job confirmations in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize lead tracking and job confirmation processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
