You will also be receiving phone calls from people responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns. Inside Sales/Telemarketing Objectives of this role

• Outgoing personality; a true "people person” who genuinely enjoys outreach and conversation. Your enthusiasm is apparent!
• Empathetic and perceptive; an active listener.
• Natural sales skills; you can take rejection in stride.
• Prior sales experience is a big plus; 2-4 years telemarketing/inside sales.
• High volume of calls.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Word and Outlook proficiency; experience with PowerPoint, Excel CRM, web savvy.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
