As a Customer Success Representative (Inside Sales), you’ll be the voice of United Roofing—connecting with homeowners, managing inbound inquiries, scheduling roof inspections for our Roofing Experts, and following up with customers to help them move forward with their roofing projects.

Responsibilities
• Manage inbound calls and follow up on leads generated by marketing and canvassing teams
• Schedule inspections for Roofing Experts to evaluate customer needs
• Engage homeowners with clear and professional communication while explaining our services and warranty programs
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment scheduling within our CRM
• Support the sales team by following up with homeowners who have received estimates
• Participate in department meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and consistently aim for 5-Star satisfaction
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to calls, scheduled appointments, and customer engagement
Qualifications
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Positive, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred but not required
• Comfortable learning and using technology systems for scheduling and reporting
