Inside Sales Assistant

Hoffman’s Exterminating is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Inside Sales Assistant. This full-time position will support the sales team in their efforts to bring our exceptional services to more residential customers.

Hoffman’s Exterminating is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Pest Control companies in the South Jersey & Tri-state area. We currently operate out of 6 offices (Mantua NJ, Woodbury Heights NJ, Burlington NJ, Northfield NJ, Newtown Square PA, and Middletown DE).

Primary Job Duties

· Assist salespeople in all facets of a Sale.

· Follow up on proposals sent out by outside salespeople.

· Follow up on leads.

· Call on current and past customers to sell them add on services.

· Create target market lists and actively pursue residential business through email blast, mailings, and other creative forms to create opportunities.

· Other duties as may be assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

•  High school diploma or GED.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Experience working with CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
