Inside Sales Associate

Surface Prep Supply in Jacksonville,  FL is looking for immediate hire for an Inside Sales Associate!!!

As the Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate, you will have tasks related to customer service,

organizing, cleaning and loading/unloading customers. This position requires an aptitude for  

customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

•  Working as a team and individually to service the customers
•  Facilitating and assisting with sales to customers
•  Putting away and organizing stock, in the warehouse and store
•  Safely loading and unloading trucks, with minimal product loss
•  Answer phone calls and emails and enter orders on the computer
•  Assisting and completing tasks and special projects
•   Ensure high level of customer satisfaction. 
•  Must have expansive industrial coating knowledge 
• Must have forklift experience    

Must be able to work between 8:00am- 5:00pm M-F. 

Required Qualifications

2 Years past experience in a Customer Service role

Proficient computer skills to include use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Must have a valid Driver's License 

Must be able to pass a Drug test & background Check 

 Must have expansive industrial coating knowledge 

Preferred Qualifications

Prior warehouse experience

Prior forklift operation experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to drive, sit, stand, and walk.  Must be able to reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, as well as stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch.  

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
