Our Inside Sales Representative team members are knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate about helping customers with their commercial and heavy-duty parts needs. Qualifications:

• Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
• Available to work a flexible work schedule
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus
• Can operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
• Heavy-duty parts and hydraulics knowledge and/or experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them.
• Monitor the company’s competitors, new products, and market conditions to remain competitive.
• Record sales/return/warranty transactions & collect payments.

• Support management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks, including maintaining inventory control and store appearance
