Job Description - Inside Sales - Chemicals/ISO Tanks

Inside Sales - Chemicals/ISO Tanks
Location - Houston - office based 5 days a week.

Salary - $60k to $90k base plus commission.
Company benefits.
A minimum of 2/3 years plus of chemical sales experience is required
Must have a good mentality that you will enjoy a fantastic commission scheme

The client
Our client, a global leader in ISO Tanks,, they ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective transportation of ISO Tanks.

Role
The inside sales candidate will be responsible for bringing on and maintaining a book of existing clients as well as growing regional sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new business through research, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities.
This will include developing relationships within the defined geographical area.
Increase market share within assigned territory and achieve assigned financial budget for volume, revenue, and profit.
Successfully close new business and onboard new clients.
Increase market share within the existing client base.
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain and update the Company’s CRM
Provide regular communication and a weekly budget review for management

QUALIFICATIONS
Confident in the ability of being on the phone and building client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
A commitment to going above and beyond to fulfill client’s needs
High level of organization and time management skills

Self-motivated and results driven
Outstanding people and communications skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Excellent Time Management skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
