Your New Role:
Join an innovative oilfield services organization in Houston, TX as the Inside Sales Clerk. You will prepare incoming quotes for processing through the organization’s workflow for Inside Sales, obtain materials and outside process requirements for quoting top-level assemblies, assemble and package quotations and support documents to customers, and monitor all incoming emails. You will also process RMA requests as needed and perform general administrative duties including support of the Sales and Service teams.
Your Experience:
- A High School Degree or GED is required; a two-year college or technical school background is highly preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience is required.
- The ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and manufacturing drawings is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer software (Word and Excel) is required.
