As an Inside Sales Coordinator at HCo., you'll manage contracts, project schedules, and sales pipelines, while supporting business development and client relationships. You'll assist with prequalification forms, bid follow-ups, administrative tasks, and project handoffs, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

• Evaluate and analyze contracts from general contractors.
• Create and maintain project schedules and values.
• Serve as the primary contact for prequalification forms.
• Follow up on bids and schedule regular check-ins to support business development.
• Manage service sales by maintaining relationships and overseeing past projects.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
• Provide administrative support to the business development manager(s).
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Support project handoff to project management and engineering teams.
• Assist with revisions and change requests.

• AA or BS/BA degree in construction management, business management, engineering or related field.
• Experience in preconstruction, construction estimating, or similar roles, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with general woodworking, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or designing.
