Inside Sales Coordinator

Florida Window & Door, the premier provider of Hurricane Impact Windows and Doors, is seeking driven, persuasive, and tech-savvy Inside Sales Coordinators to join our growing team.

In this role, you are not just scheduling — you are selling the value of meeting with us. You will engage with Florida homeowners and use your communication skills, confidence, and sales instincts to qualify prospects, build urgency, and secure firm appointments for our outside sales representatives.

What You’ll Do

• Make Outbound and Inbound calls — every conversation is a chance to sell the appointment.
• Follow a provided script with clarity and confidence.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with homeowners for our sales team.
• Build excitement, overcome objections, and create urgency.
• Use multiple software platforms & keep accurate CRM notes.
• Make and exceed daily/weekly call volume and appointment scheduling targets.

• Inside sales or call center experience preferred (appointment setting, telemarketing, or high-volume phone sales a plus).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.

• Strong persuasion skills with the ability to confidently “sell yourself” and build rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy, fast learner — Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented — thrives on hitting and exceeding metrics.
• Clear and engaging phone presence with active listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive culture.

What We Offer

$15/hr guaranteed base + uncapped bonuses — average reps make $25/hr, with top performers earning even more.
