Job Description - Inside Sales Coordinator

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact and ongoing support for our customers. You’ll manage inbound leads, coordinate inspections, follow up on active projects, and help homeowners confidently move forward with their roofing decisions.



This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where communication, organization, and consistency directly drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do




  • Handle inbound calls, texts, and leads from marketing and canvassing

  • Schedule roof inspections for our Roofing Experts

  • Follow up with homeowners to move projects forward and reduce delays

  • Clearly explain our services, process, and warranty options

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM (AccuLynx)

  • Coordinate between customers, sales reps, and production team

  • Track and manage multiple jobs at different stages simultaneously

  • Deliver a 5-Star customer experience at every touchpoint

  • Consistently hit performance targets (appointments, follow-ups, conversions)




What Success Looks Like in This Role




  • You stay organized even when managing 20–50+ active customer conversations

  • You follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners

  • You help turn interest into scheduled jobs and closed deals

  • You bring energy, urgency, and accountability every day




What We’re Looking For




  • Strong verbal communication skills (clear, confident, professional)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology (or quick to learn)

  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or coordination roles is a plus
