Inside Sales Coordinator

Direct Hire Opportunity

$45K-$49K; 35-hour workweek

Southfield, MI 48076

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid Office/Remote

 

Summary: Seeking a customer focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our business divisions. Manage customer inquiries, sales coordination, and transactional processes. If you excel in communication and organization, apply now!

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Handle customer and supplier communications, resolve issues, and manage information exchange.

·       Maintain vendor and customer accounts, process invoices and payments using SAP/Excel.

·       Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, and shipping records.

·       Manage material receipts, reconcile inventory, and maintain purchasing and shipping records.

·       Record business transactions using SAP and other BI solutions.

·       Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and preparing reports.

·       Coordinate invoice payments and generate accounting reports.

·       Execute system setup and maintenance tasks.

·       Assist in part and price master registration.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·       3+ years of customer service experience.

·       Proficiency in integrated accounting and material management software, SAP experience preferred.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

·       Education and Work Experience:

·       High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

·       3 years of relevant work experience.
