join Our Team as a Customer Experience Tier 1 Specialist in Gilbert, AZ!

 

Essential Job Functions:

- Handle quote and order entry processes efficiently and accurately to ensure completion.

- Provide frontline support, ensuring minimum 4 hours of AUX-IN time.

- Service accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster growth.

- Maintain assigned account MACE entries at 45 per quarter.

- Daily evaluation of quote status and adjustment of follow-up dates as necessary, achieving a 95% closed quote rate with dispositions.

- Review Open Order Report daily, updating commit dates as required, achieving a 97% on-time delivery rate for MMDD orders.

- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to share strategic account information.

- Service, evaluate, and upsell customer requests, identifying new sales opportunities through inbound prospecting.

- Utilize product knowledge to provide inventory recommendations.

- Follow up on leads as assigned and maintain mailing lists.

- Strive to be a positive influencer, consistently producing error-free work.

- Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by addressing their immediate and future needs.

- Additional job duties and responsibilities may be added as business needs dictate.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary business education preferred.

- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.

- Preferably 1 year of experience in the wireless industry.

- Experience in product application preferred.

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
