Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Reporting to: Sales Operations Manager

Position Location: Phoenix, AZ 

Position Overview:

This individual will be a full-time motivated, resourceful Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep in Phoenix, AZ (on site). In this role, the Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep will provide professional and timely support to our sales and account management teams and customers, while having the opportunity to wear multiple hats. 

This is a fast-paced team environment in which this individual will partner with our customers and Sales Managers to process sales orders, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships. 

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Execute customer inquiries: Quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
• Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices 
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services 
• Provide support to the inventory management team: Collect customers forecasts, communicate
• any shipping delays or inventory constraints 
• Provide support to the finance team: Collect new forms to open and maintain customers’ accounts
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years in an inside sales / customer service position with increasing responsibility
• Experience with ERP systems and data management (SAP)
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented and confident 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong communication and cross functionality skills 
• Expertise in MS Office, including intermediate or expert level in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook  
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
