Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative

 To learn all office functions, and streamline processes to further develop business with existing customers and new customers. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Master      Order Entry and all internal business operations programs
• Assist      with customer complaints and issuing credits
• Check      production orders after they are entered by inside sales
• Follow      up on quotes with existing customers, potential customers and outside      sales reps
• Provide      customer service to existing customers and prospects 
• Support      Outside Sales representatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Strong Math aptitude 
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient keyboard skills 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft      Excel and Word
• Ability to think critically
• Data Entry experience is a plus

Working conditions

This is a full-time position requiring daily attendance from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm with a one-hour break for lunch. Work takes place in an open area divided by cubicles so the ability to concentrate and attend to work at hand is critical. 

Physical requirements

This job requires extended periods of seated time with near constant attention to a computer monitor. The position also requires the ability to operate equipment throughout the administrative office and provide support to other business functions as directed.
