Business Unit/Department: Steam and Combustion
Location: Lawrence, PA, Columbus and/or Solon, OH
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Steam & Combustion Solution proposals and projects support to customers to help mitigate existing customer issues while maximizing ECI’s diverse portfolio of products and services
Offer technical recommendations focused on efficiency improvement, energy savings and improved reliability to our customers resulting in product pull-through and service engagements
Optimize steam and condensate systems to improve reliability, safety and efficiency
Support the field engineers with engineering and proposal support
Support engineering requirements for energy and efficiency audits on steam and combustion systems
Provide cradle to grave project support and management of steam and combustion systems projects
Provide subject matter expertise in the industrial steam market to support our front-line sales team
Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes through the unified ECI quoting process
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
Will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
Will have working knowledge of P&IDs, controls, valves and instrumentation
Will demonstrate an understanding of the technical and business challenges faced by this market and proven ability to develop and deliver solutions
Will possess strong presentation, consultative selling, interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a team player and work closely with Steam and Combustion Solutions Team and representatives from other business units
Must understand steam and combustion systems, control systems and instrumentation
