Inside Sales - Event Coordinator - Start Immediately

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for insuring that each customer has a positive experience throughout their entire order process. This involves guiding the customer through their event rental process, negotiating price (when acceptable), coordinating schedules, and resolving issues. This is a key role to the “A-team” as you will be the face of the company and the primary contact with our customers.

Job Description and Daily Activities:

• Develop customer quotes and reservations in a timely manner
• Responsible for managing and coordinating multiple customer rental events
•  Respond to website and phone quote requests promptly
• Convert quotes to orders by following up on requests
• Educate customers on rates and contract requirements
• Meet with clients and prospective clients to determine rental needs
• Capture client and prospective client data
•  Coordinate delivery and pickup with customer & ACME
•  Instruct and educate customers on use of equipment
• Maintain and review reservations file
• Advise management on trends or equipment needs
• Handle customer complaints as needed
• Must be able to quote and coordinate all aspects of events including tents, tables, chairs, stage set up, lighting/electrical, port-a-potties.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple moving parts while staying very organized
• Communication skills are key because this person will be communicating with customers and the staff inside the warehouse. 
• Preferably bilingual because customers and most of the staff are bilingual
• Position is mostly inside but does require meeting with clients, occasionally prospects, and site visits for events.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· College degree in related field (experience may substitute if appropriate)

· Capable of working in a high volume & fast paced service environment

· Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Data Entry)

· Ability to multitask & strong organization skills

· Professional appearance

· Experience with order processing (POS) software preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
