Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for insuring that each customer has a positive experience throughout their entire order process. This involves guiding the customer through their event rental process, negotiating price (when acceptable), coordinating schedules, and resolving issues. This is a key role to the “A-team” as you will be the face of the company and the primary contact with our customers.
Job Description and Daily Activities:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· College degree in related field (experience may substitute if appropriate)
· Capable of working in a high volume & fast paced service environment
· Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Data Entry)
· Ability to multitask & strong organization skills
· Professional appearance
· Experience with order processing (POS) software preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
