Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Leader to join our team. This member of our team will lead our new digital marketing platform. You will represent AGP with our outside digital marketing firm. You also will lead our inside sales representatives, while initially performing inside sales representative duties. This is an opportunity to help shape this new sales channel for AGP. As a “player-coach”, you will lead the formation of how we handle new customer calls, create content to form AGP’s digital presence and develop processes to create world class customer service and efficiencies within the company. This is a great opportunity to join us on the ground floor of a new channel initiative and grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact with our digital marketing partners.
  • Work with company leadership to create efficient, customer service focused processes.
  • Lead and manage inside sales representatives.
  • Lead social media presences and online profiles.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and inquiries from interested customers.
  • Make outbound calls and follow-up calls to warm leads.
  • Educate customers on our windshield replacement services and benefits.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
  • Follow up with potential leads who have not yet scheduled service.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including conversion rates and sales goals.
  • Always maintain professional and courteous communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO and Google Ads
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Experience with direct report management
  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly recommended

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Commission structure based on leads that result in closed deals.
