The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) function is to increase product sales and placement at all off and on premise store locations within an assigned territory. The primary role of the ISM is to provide exceptional service to all customers while increasing visibility and brand penetration through the aide of sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution.
MANAGEMENT
Manage all Red Bull products and accounts through 100% execution to defined call frequencies
Resolve problems, maintain accurate call records and follow up on all orders
Develop new account relationships within defined markets
Determine current and ongoing product needs to increase sales
Utilize all Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) sales tools and provide Area Sales Managers (ASM) with clear communication of executional activities
EXECUTION
Develop plan to execute all daily account calls, tracking results and next call account targets.
Drive in store execution by hitting monthly KPI targets, call frequencies and sales volume rates
Evaluate and communicate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.
Complete various outbound REACH projects as assigned (following provided scripts, complete 100% of assigned calls, and bring a positive attitude with a focus on winning)
Build and protect the Red Bull brand
Bring energy and a "Can Do" attitude every day
BUILDING SUCCESS
Collaborate with members of RBDC distribution teams to develop and execute programs.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
Maintain and grow the relationship with the customer contacts at each RBDC assigned account.
Organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts
Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
Overall computer skills and familiarity with a variety of software
Takes a hands-on approach to personal development
Prior sales experience; Inside sales experience a plus
Strong track record of sales success
Knowledge of the beverage market
Thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business
The base salary range for this position is $41,600 to $62,400 + cash incentive. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
