Serigraph’s Specialty Graphics Division is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with outside sales, design/development, and operations. In this leadership role, you will refine sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure that sales processes run with precision—aligning all activities with our business goals.
Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to achieve and exceed accuracy targets.
- Foster strong collaboration across sales, design/development, and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee daily inside sales operations to enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and drive satisfaction.
- Implement and optimize sales strategies to boost performance and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales metrics, leverage insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
- Develop training programs and best practices to strengthen team capabilities.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Champion a customer-focused approach in all sales activities.
What we are looking for in an Inside Sales Manager -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience in inside sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and accuracy.
- Strong coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales metrics, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management.
Preferred Qualifications of an Inside Sales Manager -
- Experience leading inside sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong background in sales operations and pipeline management.
