We are currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales Membership Coordinator to join a dynamic team!

• Weekly Pay: $23-25/HR + Commission 
• Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (in-office position).

What must be accomplished:

• Renew all services plans.
• Control service plan churn through updating credit card EFT payments.
• Send welcome emails and letters to all new members.
• Follow-up on all unsold estimates greater than $3,500.
• Convert free service plans into paying memberships.
• Work closely with field service technicians and project managers to close estimates.
• Utilize CRM system follow-up to track all progress for service plans and unsold estimates.
• Other job duties assigned.

• Inside sales experience is a plus!
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word and Excel
• Experience utilizing Financing.
• Sales Training
• Self-starter
• Possess 3 years’ work-related experience.
