Inside Sales Person

Position Summary 

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Assists technical support/solutions with customers on malfunctioning products. Supports policies & procedure to promote continuous improvements to the quality of product. Assists with shipments between load cell division and warehouse/customers location. Assists with monthly reports.

Major Responsibilities

·        Receives and processes requests for lead-time, purchase orders, provide order acknowledgements and invoices to customers as required, expedites orders, update Quote and order Cancellation log, print daily pick-list to warehouse.

·        Ensure service information accessible by saving documents on the company share drive making readily available as required for periodic monthly, quarterly and year-end audits.

·        Assists operations with advance shipping notice and extract forecast information including producing weekly SODUE report.

·        Answer incoming calls, generates price and delivery for numerous new and returning customers.

·      High school Diploma

·      Computer/windows skilled

·       2+ years of related experience

·      Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
