Do It Right Plumbers is actively seeking a full-time energetic, hardworking Inside Sales Plumbing Representative in the Orange County, California area. You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals.

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.


• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.


• Convert lost opportunities to sales from technicians’ invoices and sales resprentatives’ proposals.


• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.


• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.


• Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years working in Plumbing Sales or Sewer Sales


• Ambitious; goal-oriented; entrepreneurial drive


• Excellent customer service skills, great people-person


• Driven, confident, positive team player


• Professional, well-organized, trustworthy


• Thorough, detailed, amazing with follow-up


• Ability to work full-time


• Able to pass a criminal background check


• Able to pass a drug screening, not including marijuana
