Inside Sales Producer

The Position:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Personal Lines Producer. This person will be required to keep up in a fast-paced industry and guide their clients through the personal lines insurance buying process while educating them along the way. Evertree is not your typical insurance agency, and we don’t pay like one either. Unlike a standard sales role, we offer a generous base salary, and there’s no cold calling. The Day-To-Day

• Convert incoming prospects into multi-line clients
• Maximizing every opportunity by handling each lead in a timely manner
• Keep track of client workflow by following organizational standards
• Learn the in’s and out’s of personal lines insurance & life insurance

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, prior experience in insurance sales is a plus
• Strong ability to negotiate effectively and drive sales results-be persistent & persuasive
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Efficiency/organization skills
• Tech savvy-can navigate multiple CRM systems
