Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Professional will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their homes through our landscaping services.

A Day in the Life: As an Inside Sales Professional, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities include:



  • Lead Engagement: Contact potential clients to discuss their landscaping needs and introduce our services.

  • Needs Assessment: Listen actively to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

  • Outbound Dialing: Utilize a predictive dialer to make outbound calls efficiently, connecting with potential clients and maximizing productivity.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to team success.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience: Prior phone sales experience is required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer functions and the ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools effectively.

  • Outbound Dialing Experience Preferred: Experience using a predictive dialer is preferred.

  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.


Working Conditions:



  • Environment: Professional office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and headsets.

  • Schedule: Full-time position with various shifts; flexibility is essential.

  • Location: Must be able to commute to our Newport Beach, CA office.
