Responsible for sales development with existing and new accounts via telephone or other non-direct solicitation methods. Provides sales support to existing customers primarily with intent to expand sales. Must maintain information in company database to support efforts and contribution. Supports Customer Service, Sales and Marketing staff. This is not a remote position. These tasks are completed by performing the following duties.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; and 2 to 5 years of related experience in Customer Service and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft operations.
Certificates and Licenses: None
Travel Requirements: Minimal, (less than 5%).
