Position Specific Description


Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for building relationships and closing deals in a B2B environment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting where your success is tied directly to your performance? If you’re passionate about sales and eager to grow, we want you to join our inside sales team!


 


Position Overview


As a Sales Representative in our dynamic call center, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to commercial prospects via cold calls and educate them on our energy services. You’ll receive thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure success.


 


Objective: To consistently meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.


 


This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where product knowledge, communication, and persistence are key.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Make outbound calls to commercial prospects.

  • Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone.

  • Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.

  • Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses.

  • Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services.

  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction.

  • Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor.

  • Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

What We’re Looking For



  • B2B sales experience preferred

  • Previous sales or call center experience is preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines

  • Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly


Job Overview

This job is responsible for selling products and services such as home security, satellite, cable, local/long distance phone service, internet, and warranty products to Business and Residential customers. Employees in this role are responsible for selling in an inbound sales call environment.

  • Meets sales targets by product category

  • Uses program knowledge to align product and service solutions to customer needs

  • Works to find new sales leads

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

The estimated base pay for this position is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
