Zing Recruiting is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in the Fort Wayne, IN area to join the team of a well-known and well-respected distribution company. The Inside Sales Rep will interact with customers, promote & sell product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will exemplify excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and always maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls for pre-qualified sales growth opportunities
- Receive and process complex customer orders and inquiries
- Retrieve and process PO's and RFQ's from EDI, customer portals, and websites
- Offer one call resolution for any issues that may arise
- Provide quotes, pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines
- Suggest additional or alternative products as a solution to customer needs to meet internal sales goals
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain communications/support sales
Qualifications:
- Associates degree highly preferred
- Familiarity with distribution and/or manufacturing
- Outstanding professional communication skills
- High level of urgency, process improvement minded, and implementation abilities
