JOB SUMMARY:
Baily International has been proudly serving the metro Atlanta area and surrounding states since 1996.
We are seeking a motivated Re-di Inside Sales Representative. This is a position in which an individual will work closely, report, and assist directly to the Sales Director in order to maintain and grow revenues by providing the outstanding service offerings to our existing customers.
. This position is a full time position.
. An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Daily call/text to customer to input all sales orders to system, finalizing, and making sure the customers P.O is accurate and completed.
. Communicating with Sales Director to enhance revenue as well as maximize profit margins
. Following up to collect outstanding invoices per different payment terms, issuing credit, pick-up requests.
. Responding to all customer’s requests in a timely manner (tracking daily deliveries, pricing updates, handling and verifying customer’s complaints with product quality/quantity, etc.)
. Completing schedule sales activities day-to-day.
. Performing other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
. Capable of working under pressure, multi-task
. Microsoft Office Proficiency
. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
. Excellent customer retention skills
. Time management, self-motivated, detail oriented, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
SCHEDULE:
. Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm
. Schedule may be adjusted to meet business demands.
