Your New Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction.

  • Collaborate with service and repair teams to coordinate job details and timelines.

  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates to guide successful project execution.

  • Conduct post-job evaluations, driving improvements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage customer communication, keeping them informed and resolving any concerns.

  • Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Partner with technicians, warehouse teams, and staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Proactively address challenges to guarantee every client leaves satisfied.

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite/Google Workspace.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Knowledge of the Central Arkansas area is a plus.
