Objectives

• Build a strong understanding of Lawn Doctor’s services and offerings. 
• Engage with leads to convert them into new customers. 
• Communicate with existing customers to offer additional services and maintain long-term relationships. 
• Meet and exceed performance goals in a results-driven environment. 
• Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and professional development. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Proficient computer skills.
• Previous experience in telephone-based sales or customer service. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and work at a computer for extended hours. 

Desirable Skills (Not Required)

• Familiarity with CRM software. 
• Experience in service industry sales. 
• Knowledge of lawn care, plant health, or pest control. 
• Previous experience in account management.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
• Some Saturday work required during peak seasons (Spring & Fall). 
• Opportunities for overtime during busy periods. 

Compensation 

• Starting salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience. 
• Eligible for department incentives and an annual year-end bonus.
