Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

Description

You would be joining a team dedicated to “making it better” every day. 

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue in an assigned territory including developing leads, presenting products and services, and closing sales. Markets Gentell Home Direct services, develops new accounts, and increases volume in existing accounts. Assists with obtaining documents that are needed for reimbursement and/or authorization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market services to clinics and physicians
  • Develop new accounts and increase volume in existing accounts
  • Make the required number of calls each day to assigned territory
  • Effectively handle written and verbal correspondence with Physicians and Clinics
  • Meet monthly sales quotas 
  • Communicate quarterly territory plan
  • Record all activity in CRM
  • Participate in training and development activities 
  • Market the company in a positive and professional manner always
  • Assist in the training of new sales representatives
  • Assume other duties within scope of training as assigned by the Executive Management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 2-3 years sales and territory management experience
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Demonstrate a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional approach in performing all assigned tasks
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without close supervision
