Southwest Electric Co. is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative with Electrical Component Manufacturing Experience In Oklahoma City, OK.  

Inside Sales Representative will provide commercial support for existing account managers and customers. A strong technical or engineering background and experience with M/V transformer products.

The Inside Sales representative will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to customize requests and flexibility to interpret and define a wide scope of work in addition to:

• Review customer requests and develop a scope of work for quotation preparation.
• Prepare quotations for Company products and services and route quotations to the appropriate sales channel.
• Act as primary sales support for sales representatives and outside salespeople.
• Provide product and technical information with outside sales channels to help with orders closing.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites and regularly report commercial contacts and market conditions to Company management via CRM software.
• Demonstrates competency in MS Office, ACT, and other software on PC and mobile platforms.
• Assist sales personnel with prospecting new customers within assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years minimum related experience in product support, customer  service, inside sales, or proposal support.
• Previous experience with MV transformer products.
• Proficient in MS Office, ACT, and other software on PC.
