Inside Sales Representative:

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative and play a crucial role in taking Safeway Tax Relief to new heights. We are in search of an outgoing, results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, especially in service-oriented industries. Your role will be pivotal in understanding our clients' needs, guiding them through our services, and crafting solutions that make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

• Expand our Customer Base: Identify and engage prospects, set appointments, and close sales across all service categories.
• Product and Service Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings, conduct demos, and address customer objections.
• Client and Executive Communication: Prepare concise proposals and maintain thorough documentation.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Assess client needs, adhere to a defined selling process, and strive to exceed targets.
• Uphold Company Standards: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share strategies and meet quotas.
• Client Relationship Management: Identify new opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
• A strong balance of persuasion and professionalism.

SALARY: $16.50/hr base pay + commission.

Requirements

One or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
