THE DAY TO DAY

  • Greet customers, develop customer relationships to build brand loyalty and increase market share in the sale of new equipment, attachments and rental equipment opportunities.
  • Provide solutions to customers and potential customers relating to their equipment needs.
  • Coordinate with sales team to increase rental income to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  • In conjunction with the sales team, quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, work with customers on financing and payment options, preparing contracts and close orders.
  • Create, develop and maintain customer relationships and brand loyalty to increase market share within the current and prospective territory.
  • Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals for units sold and gross profit.
  • Provide solutions to customers and potential customers relating to their equipment needs for all industries served.
  • Provide expertise for demonstrations, machine inspections and technical support.
  • Maintain industry contact database for designated territory.
  • Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals for units sold and rented.
  • Generate new customers through walk-ins and other opportunities.
  • Communicate and interact with yard operations on customer’s equipment requirements.
  • Maintain and update your CRM system weekly with lead flow and generation.

Requirements

WHAT MATTERS

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the sale of compact construction equipment or similar preferred. Willing to train someone with the skill set to sell.
  • Must have the ability to, or learn, to operate all products and models of equipment sold by Bobcat.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, presentation and closing skills.
  • Computer skills required including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to learn sales policies, programs, procedures, products and customer relations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic and customer-focused.

PHYSCIAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather elements.

  • Highly Sought After Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm!
  • Work Location: Work in our recently renovated Hudson, NH facility!
  • Bobcat of New Hampshire has 2 NH locations: Chichester and Hudson and our newest locations, Bobcat of Cape Cod and Bobcat of South Shore.
  • Pay: competitive hourly rate plus commission as well as our outstanding benefits package.
  • Benefits:  Short waiting period - benefits enrollment is first of month following 30 days of employment.
  • Benefits: Health Insurance (100% company paid for Employee, 75% for 2-Person and Family coverage),  Health Reimbursement Account with generous company contribution toward deductible), Dental (75% company paid), Life (100% company paid), Vision (100% employee paid), Voluntary Vision (Employee paid through small payroll deduction) 401(k) Retirement Plan with generous 100% match up to 4% of annual salary
