Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in our services. You’ll handle inbound calls from leads as well as performing outbound calls to help customers schedule their windshield replacements. Your goal is to convert leads into scheduled jobs while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce AGP and our services.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and inquiries from interested customers.
  • Make outbound calls and follow-up calls to warm leads.
  • Educate customers on our windshield replacement services and benefits.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
  • Follow up with potential leads who have not yet scheduled service.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including conversion rates and sales goals.
  • Always maintain professional and courteous communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Bilingual is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Commission structure based on leads that result in closed deals.
