We’re looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by following up on open customer estimates and closing more deals.

What You’ll Do



  • Own and exceed sales goals by following up on customer estimates via phone, email, voicemail, and text.

  • Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline with speed and precision.

  • Create persuasive communications that convert leads into booked business.

  • Collaborate with field technicians and service managers to generate incremental revenue.

  • Place and process equipment orders (water heaters, softeners, etc.) and take initial customer payments.

  • Track performance metrics and optimize your outreach strategy for better close rates.

  • Support broader sales and marketing efforts by jumping in wherever you’re needed.


What You Bring to the Table



  • A natural gift for persuasion and listening.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – your emails, voicemails, and texts should get responses.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Comfort working in high-volume environments – you're juggling calls, emails, follow-ups, and metrics like a pro.

  • Independent and collaborative work ethic – you own your results and lift the team around you.

  • Tech-savvy: Excel, databases, CRMs – you're quick and confident with digital tools.

  • Judgment and flexibility – you know when to push a lead and when to move on.


Bonus Points If You:



  • Have previous inside sales or customer service experience.

  • Enjoy fast-paced work environments where your results matter.

  • Are open to occasional evening work from home to reach customers when they’re most available.
