Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a fun and positive, quicker learner who loves interacting with people on a daily basics.

Responsibilities:

Present and Promote products and services

Meeting Customer Needs

Reach out to customers

Work to find new sales leads

Highly Motivated

Maintain positive business and customer relationships

Help with daily store operations

Requirements:

Customer Service/Customer Relationship Experience

Know how to close a sale

Prospecting Skills

Negotiation Skills

Self Confidence

Product Knowledge/Fast Learner

Presentation Skills

Motivation for sales

Prioritizing , time management and organizational skills

This Job will be 30-40 hours in the Summer and 20-30 hours in the Winter.

Hourly and Commission Pay.

Closed major holidays

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications

Remove visible piercings (except earrings) and gauges before work.
Body art must be covered while at work (inside staff).
Employees are required to wear work shirts and keep them clean and professional looking.
Be willing to work long hours in unforgiving weather conditions (outside staff).
