Job Summary

You will enjoy building relationships with customers and promptly answer customer inquiries. You will provide professional, accurate, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintains responsibility for orders from quote to invoice. Select and specify a variety of products utilizing a variety of vendors. Sell company products and services to customers by answering incoming calls, processing orders, price and delivery inquiries, providing technical and application information, and suggesting additional products in a fast multi-tasking environment.

Works closely with vendors and outside sales team, executing order transactions, and maintaining superior customer service levels.

Qualifications

Strong verbal, written, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain a good working relationships

Attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in customer orders.

1-3+ years experience in the Customer Service related Industry and Inside Sales preferred.

Quickly learn warehouse and delivery methods, techniques, and procedures.

Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
