Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and mission-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our telesales team. This high-impact role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in local communities. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will connect with business owners sharing programs that reflect enduring values and foster goodwill in hometowns across America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls/emails daily using a curated list.
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo and Monday.com to organize outreach efforts and maintain clear, up-to-date sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Grow and expand our reach by building relationships with existing clients and utilizing strong referral networks.
  • Deliver persuasive and heartfelt phone presentations that clearly communicate the mission and value of CSA programs.
  • Conduct virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) with prospects, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and product knowledge.

Compensation:

  • We offer a greater of a salary and commission balance structure 
  • Typical Earning Potential: $50,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of constructing and delivering clear, effective sales pitches.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM platforms, preferably ZoomInfo and Monday.com.
  • Ability to work in-house as the position is based in Gastonia and is not remote.
