We are actively seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative to help grow our inside sales team.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic, and someone that takes great pride in their work! The ideal candidate must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with our customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Set appointments with customers for management to revisit their project proposal
- Understand the product or service to address customer questions and concerns
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Desire to develop sales skills to increase sales success rates
Job Requirements:
- Ambitious individual
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in customer service, or sales related field preferred
- CRM, phone system, and related sales technology software experience preferred
- Prior scheduling experience preferred

Schedule:
- Full-time
- 8 hour shift
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
This is an hourly position with earning potential of $60k-$75k when commissions are calculated in.
