What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or by email.
• Help customers select the right motors, pumps, drives, generators, or parts based on specs and application.
• Prepare & follow up on quotes, sales orders, and service requests.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist with tracking orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the service team for field scheduling and customer communication.
• Process orders and returns accurately using internal systems.
• Support the outside sales/service team with product info and customer updates.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor inventory for commonly ordered items and assist with stock awareness.
• Assist with equipment loading and unloading as needed.

Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative:

• Experienced: 1+ years in inside sales, customer service, or technical support required—preferably in industrial or electrical products. Must be able to explain technical items to both experienced pros and non-technical buyers. Ability to read technical specs or drawings is a plus.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills across various customer types.
• Detailed: Organized, accurate, and dependable with solid follow-through.
• Eager to Learn: Interested in growing within a technical sales environment.
• Collaborative: Team player with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first approach.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 80 lbs. as needed.
